Café Laura has a BYOB policy: 1 bottle of wine for every two people, or two bottles of beer per person.

As a former HRIM grad, this is a great cause, great food and a great learning experience. I try to get back to as many as I can, unfortunately will not be in town that weekend.

Roaring, can't make it from out here in corn country but good luck buddy. One of my best friends from HS is a pro chef and I have heard all the work that goes into that line of work.

This is the only project for the entire course and by the end we will need a 200-300 page write up of the whole ordeal including food cost, and Purchase orders and the whole works, for those who have expressed interest i will respond publicly if it is something i have missed but more likely send you a private message to any questions that you may have.

That's great. They didn't have that system when I was there. I graduated in 02. I went back a couple times to help my company recruit. It was great catching up with Bartlett and Mount. I need to get back there sometime to see all of the changes, it has been awhile since I have been in that part of campus. We used to go to Lions Den after our class for kaoroke night and close the place. The class gives you a dose of reality for when you get a job. I wish they had a class like that for hotels.

Well, I know he's getting an alum and a birthday group coming from Wilkes-Barre:)

so far one anniversary, and one birthday, A few alums and teachers, my family and family friends are coming in full force, they haven't made reservations yet so they might lose out on the good times haha, We will save one of the two seated tables by the windows so you should have a great view (for those who haven't seen it before the room is a almost a full circle around, giving it a pretty cool feeling, and the walls on 2/3 of the room are all see through doors and windows, looking out into a garden)
