Your point is well taken, but if we succumb to the situation then we are no better than any other program. That makes no better than tOSU or SEC teams. The kids that stuck around deserve a little more respect than to be nudged off the team. Not that it matters but Shane was awarded a scholarship in September of this year probably due to having a couple extras after some guys left.

SIAP, without bowl games, kids like Allen Robinson, Amos, Barnes, James might move on earlier than other PSU kids that stuck around to compete for B1G titles. If an underclassman gets a 4th round grade or higher from the NFL draft advisory board, its probably likely that they move on.

Yes. But I think you want to try to distribute them as evenly as possible. Plus, the EE requirement limits you quite in terms of selection pool size and quality.
