Does this even mean anything except someone winning like a $500 shopping spree or something? Or does ESPN have to publically recognize us for this? Or will they just continue to say "look, they dont get it!"

It's the principle. At a time when everything ESPN is putting out is all anti-Penn State and anything pro-Penn State like Musberger's interview video, is getting buried on their site; well this "colors" thing is an ESPN promo and if Penn State supporters vote early and often, it's just one small way we can contribute to helping extricate our image from the ESPN-led media hell that we have been subjected to since last November. IMHO.

Ok, thanks. Was hoping they'd have to have like a Penn State day for Sportscenter and other shows that day like CFB Live and stuff, or like a CFB roadshow (not Gameday but the Gameday bus that travels around the country that makes stops at places). The principal still works for me.
And to whoever -1 my post above asking this question, I was being sarcastic when I said "look, they just dont get it!" BTW, I have spent at least an hour on that site in the past few days voting and revoting (since you can keep revoting).

alright i just saw some Texas A&M forum and they are sooo pissed that they are losing to us but it's cause we're "cheating" not sure how we do that but hey whatever. still beating their asses by 13000 votes.

The winning school gets a $10,000 scholarship as well. That fact used to be displayed on the website, but has recently been removed. Is it possible that the sponsors don't want it known that they are likely to give a $10,000 ride to "sullied PSU"?
