How would you rank recruiting importance by position taking into account the general impact on team and the rarity of talent at the position? DO NOT include current need in this.

QB
DE - puts the most pressure on the qb
OT - protects the qb
CB - takes away the qbs targets
OLB - puts pressure on the qb on blitzes, good in coverage, and sets the edge
C - qb of the oline
DT - can be a disruptive force vs the pass, gap stuffer
RB - controls the time of possession, allows the offense to be more consistent, fewer game changers at the position however
MLB - qb of the defense

QB is #1 by a mile.
DE is next, again, with a large gap between #2 and #3.
The rest are about the same.
