I didn't want to say anything since I had no actual proof, but my cousin's friend's roommate saw a bunch of OSU frat boys taking turns on a goat in a port-a-john after a game. I don't have any actual evidence so just assume it happened.
Either that or just don't go over there. They sound like a bunch of douchebags anyway.

PSU issued an official apology to the marching band the week after it happened. It was in numerous news articles. You must have been living in a hole to miss it.
But I can understand how you wouldn't find PSU a credible source. I don't think anyone does these days.
