and i'm not happy with NitLionsGo - being completely disrespectful about the sport - and calling iowa classless but states he thinks he is all good with one iowa guy - but never retracts it? really? and why the pile on fanck63?

Actually, I didn't down vote you. As for retracting it, I made a clear comment about how I just don't like brands and how I have the utmost respect for Iowas fans (again, my childhood best friend is a die hard hawkeye). Go back and read it again.
I'm not here to argue on an Internet forum, there are greater things to worry about in life. So why try and turn this into something it's not. Again, go back and read all my posts and conversation with herkuleez. Sorry you got down voted, but that's the risk you take posting on an opponents site.

NitLionsGo is cool, he clarified what he meant...it's Brands that he 'hates'....which is understandable from his point of view. I even admitted that if Brands wasn't leading the Hawkeyes I would probably find him annoying. Gotta admit he is very passionate/adamit during the meets, which we Iowa fans appreciate, but our opponents probably find highly irritating and ostentatious.
Bottom line, its a good thing to have this kind of passion and discourse over a wrestling meet...means the sport is on the rise, or at least the rivalry between the schools is heating.
While the ACC, SEC and Big 12 have baseball as their #3 sport of interest, I hope wrestling becomes that sport for the B1G.
