Agree. I only had the 7 day trial and it didnt take me more than a couple days to know I was not canceling my subscription!

You'd be stupid not to sign up! With the recent additions to the staff, the coverage of PSU sports and recruiting on 247 will now be better than the other 2 sites combined.

Just cancelled my FOS membership (annual subscription was up next week) and started an annual subscription here. I reckon Cory is going to cost them some $$$ with this move.

I'd highly recommend reading the S-Zone threads on the message board. They're released every Friday. Welcome to the board!

How much is the monthly fee and the annual fee? I can obviously add but I was wondering if you got a discount if you do the annual fee - haha

No matter which option you choose, there is a free 30-day trial period available to you. If you choose the annual option, it is $8.95 a month totaling $107.40 billed once a year, while the monthly option is $9.95 per month.

For those who are new to 247, I'd also recommend checking out the general site format. Aesthetically, it's very nice and set up very well. They are adding some solid/great features every month or two. Start with the toolbar below the big "Lions247" icon. Here's some links to start:
PSU Commits - make sure to notice the state breakdown on the right, towards the top.
Example of a player page (Breneman) - timeline and links to various feature stories is great. Interest levels actually update quite quickly.
PSU Roster
PSU Recruiting Targets - this is where I visit most often. The tiers of prospects are generally ranked by how interested PSU is in them, with the colored interest levels being the interest levels that the prospect has in PSU. For example, PSU's top targets are Foster, Johnson, Anzalone, and Williams, along with a few of our commits, like Hack, Breneman, and Mahon. Foster's interest level in us is warm, along with Anzalone, Williams, and Johnson's is warmer.
Recruiting articles from PSU site - these are the articles put out by the 247 site, whether it's by Sean Fitz, Andrew Dzurita (who covers basketball, hockey, etc.), Cory James, Steve Wiltfong (national analyst for 247), or others. Each prospect in his player page has articles from various sites. As an example, if you go to David Williams' player page, you'll find articles from the Wisconsin site that might not show up on the PSU board. It's all interlinked and relatively easy to find.
PSU Timeline - basically, a timeline of news related to kids who are somehow relevant to PSU.
Overall top 247 players - 247 does a great job of rating players quickly once they're aware of them and moving the rankings around if they feel it is good to do so.
Overall team rankings - explanation of formula is available if you click the blue "i" symbol next to "Football Team Rankings."
