Who takes Rutgers place on the OOC?

Who does everyone want to replace Rutgers on OOC? I would prefer it to be above average BCS team who is having a little bit of the a down turn.

Someone not elite so that we can build our team up for the Big Ten season. As of now, that's what matters since we cannot play in a bowl- being our Division Champs...

It is weird how this works out to be Rutgers' first Big Ten game. Kind of ironic considering PSU would've probably been the Big Ten's first choice for their kickoff game.

It would be great to play PITT every year to get the WPIAL exposure. Think about it, away at MD and away at PITT are two additional home games for PSU fans we would take over. I can see it now a sea of white at Heinz field. I also believe PSU fans would take over at Rutgers.
It would be great to get southern exposure ACC school GT, FSU, ETC.

I'm pretty sure the B1G ADs want to keep it at 8 conference games. Also, I would love to play Pitt b/c it would be another home game for PSU and I would love to beat them but if we can't play them I would love them to play somewhere like San Diego or Florida.
