  • I read that tweet and suggested they find an audio recording of the We Are! chant from Beaver Stadium and blare it out the windows, prepare them for what they are going to hear all season!!!!

  • That is unfortunate to hear, but if this happened to OSU and our coaches weren't actively recruiting their players, everyone would be up in arms here. I understand the anger, the ruling was unprecedented and overkill. But it is misplaced when it is directed at other programs and the media. It was a small group of people that took down this program, Joe included, that the anger should be levied at. Don't be mad at the university of georgia for trying to make their team better. Be mad at those that caused this and didn't handle it the right way.

    Despite what has transpired, Penn State still stands for doing things the right way.

    I would have no problem with us looking to take kids, but only by going about it the proper way...including not going to other schools to talk to kids. That is creepy as hell.

    I want to know which coaches. Who can track flights? I'm guessing it's Pitt and/or Rutgers. Then again the Irish have camped outside of kids houses before & Meyer's forte is negative recruiting.

    Illinois and I'm not shocked. Especially with what has been going on out here.

    Exactumundo, totally creepy!!!

    If I were a coach, I would not even be going after another university's players, they have enough to deal with. I would focus on recruiting my own players but that's just me.

  • The ones who show up uninvited to players' apartments are nothing but buzzards! You should expose them. That said, if a PSU player asks to visit another institution, he should be welcome to do so.

    Arizona I get. Lots of attractive young women in Arizona.

    Illinois ? What bowl game are you going to with a 7-5 record? Not worth the trouble trying to transfer credits and starting over.

    Wisconsin ? Sure it's a nice college town but that guy is a slime ball.

    Your situation is tragic for everyone involved, but it seems your Alumni are behind your great university 100%. Some of you younger Lions can look back 5-10 years from now and be proud of the way you fought through these unfortunate times
