They would never punish UNC. Most likely the basketball program is involved and they are untouchable.

This all goes back to the other stuff before the going to the fake class stuff. This all happened when Butch Davis was there and this guy(from Notre Dame) is now somehow involved.
UNC + Notre Dame = Please go away. Nothing to see here.

What am I missing here? Marvin Austin rats out the agent who sent him money while he was in school. A noble gesture to rat him out I guess, but why?

knowing what I do about Austin, I wouldn't be shocked if he was blackmailing someone and they didn't pay up.

I know someone who has dealt with him personally... I want to be clear that I have NO INFORMATION that what I suggested is what happened, just offering a potential reason he would come forward to the person that asked. He's not a "bad" person, but extremely immature and doesn't think much of rules. He also has a tendency to surrond himself with bad people and is easily influenced by them.
