I agree, I'd take him. And the position he should play is the exact position he's being recruited as: the x receiver (though I could see him as a pretty effective db... His ability to play o and d is a big plus). The comparison I'm sure OB made to him is d.branch, a man not known for his speed but great router runner, suprisingly good acceleration, soft hands (minus the super bowl), and smooth in-and-out of his breaks. Wish we didnt take so many wide outs last year.

Did we really take that many though? Golden should/will be at CB. Williams is just as likely to be at Safety as he is at WR. Lewis is a stud WR but anyone else I miss at WR that we signed this year?
PS- I also see guys like Kuntz being moved to S. and several of the unproductive RS Jrs leaving after this year. And I expect some big things from Allen Robinson.

I kinda do too.. Get a little bit more size on him, great ball skills, uses his big body well, GREAT hands and body control... I just wonder what that would do on the defensive side of the ball... Him and Golden def have the potential to flip.. Warner doesn't have that ability (although I think he is a great looking possession/route runner type) and Lewis is a stud WR so he wont be moving anywhere...

I agree with most of what you said... Kuntz if he doesnt pan out at safety, will be asked to leave though... And I think a bunch of RS Jrs will be shown the door... Also agree that Williams will be at S, and Golden at CB. Hixon pretty much said in the signing day interview that he took them while he had the chance and before Butler was hired... Now that they have analyzed the roster and Butler is fighting for them both, they will move. And they will see the field much faster there, than they ever would have at WR.

if you look on the sidelines this fall you should see him...Did you happen to see the video of him and Rob Bolden wrestling? The kid probably shouldn't leave the weight room for a year or two. He will never get off the line of scrimmage against man coverage unless he gets significantly stronger.
