    I'm not mad at Redd for not wanting to deal with sanctions. I'm upset that anyone would pretend to love PSU and then bail when all he's really lost is bowl games. Especially when a lot of kids, most of whom never professed a love for PSU even close to what Redd did, stayed with the team.

    I've moved on for the most part from Redd. But frankly, your act is old and pathetic.

    Sorry, but that's baloney. Last I checked, many people who loved Penn State still loved it. Including the players who stayed. Penn State is still Penn State, even without bowl games, without Joe, and without Curley/Spanier.

    Your act is old too. I don't think you've posted once about FOOTBALL in the last six months. Why bother posting about football when there are still people with a semblance of positive feeling towards Joe Pa who need to beaten into submission to your will?

    Not even worth discussing with you. There's 70+ kids on the team who know what Penn State is about. I'm tired of talking about the kids who don't have a clue.

  • I honestly have to disagree with everyone saying that Silas is immature. I think he is actin like a professional to be honest. He chose to leave as a business decision, and i cant blame him. He is kissing ass to usc media, just as he did to psu media. While he was here he said exactly what we wanted to hear. Now he is doing the same thing, just across the country. I dont blame him, it will gain him alot of fans, just like it did here.

    He sounds like a very professional NFL free agent to me.

  • This is just sad. We do have some of the worst fans. I was hoping all this turmoil and adversity would jettison some of the more pathetic in our fanbase... But I guess that won't be the case. The only people that can even attempt to call out Silas Redd or any of our other former players that transferred are the players on this team that have stayed. And guess what even though some have made some comments they have kept it classy and by and large have respected the choices of their former teammates.

    What about this is so hard to get over. You weren't in their shoes. You don't know anything about what went into the decisions they made yet you continue to berate these kids for your own selfish reasons.

    Worry about what we have and not what we don't. Getting all female-like whenever Silas makes a comment or J. Brown is lauded after practice is extremely juvenile.

    We have our team now. Move on.
