To USC... Penn State threw out an offer but wasn't an option. Was a top target of both Notre Dame and Michigan.

Kid's obviously got athleticism, but I just am not a fan of 6'3" or taller RB's. USC is going to have a fantastic class.

That combined with his offense are what scare me. But the kid has the tools.

That kid is a beast. He reminds me of Adrian Peterson a little bit.

USC's class is going to be even more absurd than usual. They only have 5 commits right now, but might end up at the top if they can take enough kids (no idea what their scholarship situation is).

I saw a camp video where he worked at WR, and I think he could be a good fit there. Uses his big body to shield the defender, good hands. But we all know USC doesn't take WR's unless they're 6'5" or taller.

Side note: is it just me, or does 247 seem to be missing a lot of emoticons (at least ones that I tend to use frequently)? I wanted a "jaw drop"-type of emoticon after that star rating, but nothing.

as Sean mentioned, I don't see them being able to take a guy like Paul Harris. Which could benefit us in that case that they are recruiting the way they are.

I have my doubts as well as what kind of player he'll be but I am glad he's going to LA. Rather not take my chances he ends up good at scUM or ND

Related to Paul Harris again, USC just offered another Cali WR, Stringfellow. I think they are only looking for one more so Harris might be squeezed before he gets his chance.

I'd love to get Harris. Harris, Boyd, and Foster are all excellent receivers.
Regarding Isaac--I think this kid is really overrated. A good back, for sure, but not elite IMO. It tells me something that Michigan would take Smith when they were still heavily involved with Isaac. I just see this kid getting way too big to play the position well.

I played against him as a SR when he was a Freshman and he was crazy good. He's been the best all-around RB in IL for 3 years now probably.
