It's still early, but Stefon Diggs is probably the most talented player to come out of Good Counsel since Jelani Jenkins in 2009. He's just a junior, but was the DC Player of the Year and the runner up for the Maryland Gatorade State Player of the Year. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound wide receiver/defensive back had 1,613 all purpose yards and 23 touchdowns this season. Myself and several others have been unsuccessful at getting him to talk about recruiting, however.

Kid housed 2 PR's against my team my senior year when he was a frosh... That team was loaded though with JJ, Porzel and Diggs.
Diggs imo will be a top 5 ATH next year, but does have some "issues" btw. Was suspended for half the season his soph year I believe but regardless he is a stud.
I guess I should warn you, if I turn out to be particularly clear, you've probably misunderstood what I've said.
according to many, Mike Leach will lock him down for the Terps.

Seriously...I could see him going to Maryland. Obviously, will be looked at by DB and WR (He should be there IMO). So a big-time WR like that would surely do well in Leach's Air Raid offense.
