Penn State talk by the announcers was positive too....love it!!!!
O'Brien might of not been the sexy hire....but I feel good about the state of the program....great coaching staff put together....no more 1st down FB dive, 2nd down and long run into the pile for 2 yards, and 3rd and long 6 yard completion....lol

NICE! And I will admit that I am one of the ones that was a little leary of the hiring when it was announced.

I don't. I want us to put up enough to have a safe lead and then put in young guys for experience. I have always hated the d-bag teams that pad stats and keep in starters the whole game, like Wisconsin. Granted, I wouldn't mind putting up points against Wisconsin and OSU, but thats a different story.
I feel like putting up points just for the hell of it goes against the Penn State way.

Probably since Charlie has never had an issue putting up points with his offenses. His issue at ND was a lack of defense.
