ESPN and the media were at it again manufacturing a story for ratings. All we heard for the last month is how dominant Notre Dame's defense is and how they are the only defense in the nation to stand up against Bama's line. This was all a bunch of crap to generate interest from a very large pro and anti Notre Dame fan base for ratings. I guranrantee that ESPN provided each analyst talking points for the last month. Corso, you are just a plain fool! Teo, You don't deserve the trophies you won, and if you played your season in the SEC you wouldn't even be mentioned in the post season. Every LB on the Bama team was light years ahead of you.

Yep. I was actually disgusted with what I saw last night. I don't watch a lot of ND games, so I was excited to see what Te'o could do. By the end of the 1st, I knew that it was nothing more than hype. I'm not saying he is bad, but he isn't even a top 10 LB in the country.
I truly think that PSU at seasons end beats ND if Mauti and Carter are healthy. Good chance we play 11 on 12 like normal but do think we ended the year just as good or better.

That's really not saying much. Pitt almost beat them, and Stanford who Wisconsin hung with, should have beaten them. They got lucky. USC sucks now, the B1G was down this year, the refs gave them Stanford, and no conference championship.
