If he wants to visit we need to advise him the cost of a game ticket and most state college hotels require a 2 night stay on game weekends. He made his bed... if I am BOB I tell him no way- there are better recruits out there. I have a hard time wishing this kid well with the way he handled recruiting process. I get hes 17 he has a bit of an exscuse but the people around him were cheesey at best and wouldnt let the kid make a decision of his own they didnt like. He played Psu both privately and publicly with the twitter talk about being at psu with the other commits then blowing it off and letting his hs coach do the dirty work....sometimes its not whst you do but how you do it....But Psu staff has stayed the course and has really worked hard this spring in recruiting and the results are starting to show without Switzer. He came off like he was going to be 1st of many to abandon State over a non football issue and at the end of the day his posse led him to a situation thst may be as toxic if not more so.

A large part of his decision was based on the fact that he has family near Chapel Hill which will make it easier for his parents to see him play. He has small siblings that make attending games difficult for his mother. On top of that, the ACC away schedule is much more compatible for the Switzer family. Outside of State College and Columbus, the Big Ten schools aren't easily reachable from Charleston, WV. The ACC offers several reachable destinations in Virginia, VA Tech, Duke, NC State, Wake...
I'm not sure what you think you know, but you're un-informed.
