After a few months of planning, 2013 Mishawaka (Ind.) Penn guard Leo Svete made the long-awaited trip to State College earlier this week for an unofficial visit.

Did he not receive the offer because Chambers was out of town for his father's funeral and didn't get to meet Leo, or is he someone they at least want to see at camp or senior year before offering?

Not sure, but the staff is evaluating a bunch of guys and doing their homework before sending out offers. I'm sure Chambers wants to see him personally though, and he'll be able to at camp. Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I was out all weekend and didn't see this till now.
