TOOS is saying there are rumblings that PSU might have a surprise coming up shortly. Appears to be a good surprise. Anyone hearing anything?

I can't remember a NSD suprise commit for PSU seems like PSU always loses out on a player. i.e. Shaw (RB to michigan), Green (RB to USC)
Anyone remember the last signing day suprise for the good guys?

Josh - agree 100% on this statement.. However - that was with the old staff who wasn't searching for or still recruiting for surprises on signing day.. I have a feeling this new staff will be going aggressively non stop to the final whistle and feel a surprise here and there may not be so unusual for them... Here's hoping :-)

Haha wow. That is unbelievable. I don't care what school it is, it's unacceptbale to have a kid commit to you and then on NATIONAL SIGNING DAY tell him sorry there is no room, you have to go elsewhere.

Va Tech was still recruiting Mornhinweg, so I don't think PSU is his only option or anything.
Mornhinweg would be a surprise, but at the same time...really wouldn't be.
