  • This is easily affecting half a million penn state people. I'm not surprised that those people aren't all seeing it the same way. I'm even less surprised that a group of 19/20 year olds don't really understand the severity of the situation or know how to react. They gathered and no one can even explain why. They probably just want some support from one another.

So why did JoePa tell Sandusky, his bf and number 2, he wouldn't be head coach at Penn State? He was all set to go. Why was it shortly after the investigation going on in '98 that he announced his retirement and JoePa announced he would never be head coach? You mean to say that JoePa didn't have any idea about the investigation going on?

You mean no one, including JoePa thought it odd that he would have these little boys sleep with him in his hotel room for games? No one saw his suspecting relationships with these boys? JoePa was as close to him as he could be. Sandusky was banned from allegations at a High School too for inappropriate behavior. So no one else knew about that? There is too much info out there, to say that he didn't have any idea. It's just hard to believe. Regardless, the entire program is tainted and needs to be cleaned out. JoePa needs to step down NOW, and retire in silence.

Jerry and Joe did not get along that's for sure. However Jerry was given a choice. Run 2nd mile or be the next headcoach when the time came I'm told this was the option Joe gave him. He obviously made his choice.

the students feel under attack as the media invades State College.

IMHO there are going to be a lot of people that are going to be on Joes side and a lot of people against Joe. Legally Joe did nothing wrong, His morals and ethics are being questioned. The problem with that is moral views are different with so many people that you won't get everyone to agree, so there is going to be a divide.

All I can do is go up there this weekend support the players on the team and hopefully donate some money to the children that have been hurt in all this. Because unfortunately the kids have been becoming a small part of the story and should be the biggest part of the story
