Penn State kept up its run at linebacker on Friday with a third commitment, this one from Harrisburg (Pa.) Central Dauphin athlete Zayd Issah.

Amazing what can happen when you have the entire staff working on recruiting. I don't care who you are three or four guys can't do the work of an entire staff.

Do it. Mine was easy, and I only had one day of discomfort. After that, it was very manageable.
gemrich - best of luck in your recovery. Milk as much attention as you can.
As for Issah - nice pull. Very curious to see how this kid develops.
