I think it's great that your senior leaders are taking this attitude. You will end up with some transfers and the scholarship reductions will make it difficult, but there's no reason you can't play respectable football over the next 4 years and come back stronger than before within a few years after the penaltes expire. These sanctions could have been much worse.
