Dropped my State Farm HomeOwners insurance today. Made it clear to the agent it had nothing to do with the agent or service it was just general principle. Please be sure to let the higher ups know, "Don't worry, I will". I know I'm not squat in the scheme of things for state farm but I feel better.

Hi MTayl...nope...no worries. Living just fine in West Chester with Westfield Insurance. Not only dropped State Farm on the wife's old homestead, but got a savings of about $160 when I combined that policy with my current insurance. Thanks for the concern, though!
BTW...I just had a claim on my homeowner's (Westfield is great!), and while talking with an independent adjuster, he said that State Farm is the worst company to deal with...TIFWIW. -

I knew you were kidding..hence the "grin". West Chester is near Philly. Westfield is my insurance company...they're located in the "sprawling metropolis" of Silverdale, PA in southeastern PA. I understand what you're saying about the business decision. I made one too, I decided to stop dealing with them for multiple reasons, but I was able to make a statement to my former agent to let him know that I disagree with their decision.
