So MM wasn't even interviewed for this report....

Not even remotely close in PA.

I know a guy from Deleware who has about 7. I guess in AZ they would hang and quarter him, but its a fine, some classes, community service and suspension of license most places I am familiar with.

    Jesus.

In AZ, minimum 90 days for second conviction. I have no idea what would happen with 7. If you were allowed out of jail, you'd likely have to have a breathalyzer installed in your car.

Underage DUI with ANY detectable alcohol loses license for 2 years in addition to jail time.

His are over the course of many years and his last one was about 3-4 years ago. He currently doesnt have a license and its no doubt best that way.

I just checked and Deleware has a much more strict policy than they used to... but I know that guy didnt spend any time in jail so the changes have to be semi-recent.

Speaking of DUI's... how many did Michael Floyd have again? And does anyone even remember Justin Blackmon's DUI?

  • Tony Johnson did the same community service, attended the same alcohol awareness classes, lost his license temporarily just like everyone else, and has the same thing on his record as every other DUI case in Pa. Not sure what the point the OP is trying to make. Sciorotto's fight didnt even produce a hospital visit for anyone. This happens at frats pretty much every friday night and nobody gets anything, again, not sure what the point is.

We've had guys thrown off the team for skipping classes, pushing someone in a pool (last strike for that guy), and god knows what else. The media tried to manipulate public opinion years ago when the fight went down, throwing numbers all over the place. But when you read every charge it was ridiculous. I can tell you for a fact that most Universities don't even let it get to that point because the coach goes down the station and picks the kid up. Did you not go to PSU FireJayPa? Or were you the kid who got his dome shoved through the trophy case for puffing your chest out like a tough guy to the wrong group?
