I will not dispute that most OSU fans are delusional assholes. I said most as my parents, my mother especially, are OSU fans.

However, if you think the campus area is indicative of the Columbus area as a whole, you are mistaken. There are quite a few nice areas in downtown (German Village, Arena District, Short North), and some nice spots throughout the suburbs.

To classify Columbus as a hicktown is also somewhat outdated, and compared to the State College area, a downright ridiculous statement. Not going Pryor on everyone, but you don't have to venture far outside of State College to find rural living.
