true that porter while i dont wish anything physically bad upon him I hope they lose every game and he rides the bench all year and doesnt see shit. Hows that for an emotional post!!! ha

I don't know, I think there will be several backs with 600+ yards each. Belton will break off some big runs, Dukes may have some games where he gets 15+ carries, and then Lynch will also have his moments. I don't think BOB necessary will try to emulate the Patriots running back situation, but I think it may just end up that way without a feature back.
I'm looking forward to it.

this sucks but I will not wish any bad on the dude. He wants to try to compete for a NC and he'll get way more national and NFL exposure at USC than he will here. I'll wish him luck and move on. I'm looking forward to seeing Belton running the ball. Kid is a football player

Transfers to USC to be the frickin backup? LOL. Leaders and players with character stay. It's easy to bolt. Those who do aren't leaders. Celebrate the ones who stayed and forget the ones who took the easy way out.
Giger said on CFB Today he will be remember as one of those guys who stayed and stuck it out. What a joke. He didn't stick out anything.
I don't wish him any injury, but hope his career at USC isn't what he envisioned.

Disappointing, but it makes you wonder. It seems like he was poised for an awesome year here. Seems like it would be worth giving up the post season to be the feature guy. Unless, after going through the spring he got a sneak peek at BOB's offense and thinks we're going to be a pass first and run only if you have to team.
This kind of makes me excited to see what this offense is going to do.
