I am clearly missing something. The police investigation in 1998 resulted in no charges. 1) Where is the cover up when authorities felt that there was no case? 2) How is this an NCAA matter? I've read and re-read pretty much every story that's been printed on the matter and still fail to find answers to these two questions.
