So what happens if testimony in the Schultz and Curley (and potentially Spanier) trials invalidates part or parts of the Freeh report?
NCAA doesn't sanction us further.. Nothing good will come from those trials one way or another..
unfortunately for some reason they already signed off on whatever the NCAA was going to give them so it won't matter

You can claim an insanity defense against the Interim President for PSU being on drugs when he signed off on this. I don't think the BOT signed off on it, which I think happens before the INTERIM President.
