2 things about the guys:
1) I usually think it is kind of douchey when guys lift without shirts on in these settings, Silas Redd can pull it off.
2) Did anyone else see Zordich's American Flag jacket he had on in one of those clips? He's effing awesome.

Ha. I thought the same thing about Redd. I hate the no shirt lifters, but it totally fits in that clip for Redd to be the dude pulling it off.

Btw was that James a HS senior really putting up 405 on the bench with 6'7 frame.
Also was wondering how much real weight we are lifting right now and they seem to be right in the swing of things. No more learning curve.

pretty sure that was 315lbs...not 405....u gave him an extra plate on each side...
