Anyone hearing what they have to say about the sanctions or their feelings towards PSU?
I know David Williams appears to be off the board ... not sure who else. Also, I feel like this will lead us down a path towards different players that we haven't heard from or about going forward.
I don't mean it to be as negative as it would sound, but we will likely have to resort to plan C or D players for the remainder of this year.
No matter the case, I fully support whichever recruit commits to PSU during this time. The toughest part is that whoever we bring in will have to contribute considering the lack of scholarships.
If winning was easy even losers would do it.

Yeah, the plan A guys that we have a chance with are all "on board" right now. Plan B's would be guys like Benton and Brown who it sounds like if we want to pursue, he would seriously consider us. Other than that, we are going to have to look for some under the radar guys. The good news (not really) is that we may only have to fill 5-7 spots with those guys.

Considering our current roster and the fact that we need to be at 65 man rosters by 2014 is it safe to assume our recruiting number for this year is around 12 now? Also, including the fact that our max next year is 15.

I would try to get as many as possible in up to our imposed limit of 15. You never know who might transfer after this season, with a full offseason to be hounded and worked on by other schools instead of roughly 2 weeks.
