I sit hear typing with tears in my eyes for a man I never had the honor of meeting. I am a better person because of the messages Joe Pa taught and the impact his words and lessons had on my life. The world is a lesser place with him gone. My heart goes out ot his family and his players through the years and all of the others whose lives he has touched.

Onward State Our 8:45 p.m. post about Joe Paterno's death appears to be inaccurate, according to @JayPaterno, who says he's alive. Yeah, you would think the bums @ ESPN would have reported this by now. That's why I asked where were you guys getting this from that it was official. Joe is a fighter and he will fight until the end, with strong support. From family, friends, alum and the fans he could very well pull through this!
I Hope so. But it's been reported that he was on a respirator and said respirator was pullled. Granted CDT isn't the be-all, end-all but they are re-reporting a CBS source as JoePa has died. I wish it weren't true, but all sources point to it as so.
