If D. Williams falls through, how about this kid?
I'd recommend looking at his film, he has some pretty impressive plays in there.

D. Williams fell through long ago. Please, don't buy this sudden re-look at PSU. There is no evidence he is that interested. Let's see if he makes it on campus again.

While I agree with you, I'd rather not write him off just yet.
Question still stands about this kid though. I wonder why 247 and Rivals hasn't rated him yet with the offers he has been reporting?

It only comes true if the kid shows up for Wisconsin and then comes back and says PSU is in the picture again. Until that happens, I'm not buying.
Wimberly is the RB that has PSU on his radar, certainly not D Williams.
