JMO (apparently I'm the wettest of blankets today), but I don't think this should be pinned. I'm not a fan of a bunch of pinned threads, and since this is really just some relatively meaningless online contest, I don't know that it's worth a pin. If you want to keep reminding people, great. Or even post about it in the twitter thread (since it's twitter related).

This vote, perhaps "not important", is a positive element in what started out as a bad year. Small, but positive. If the "reminders" are bothering folks, I will cease and desist. (Although have had some affirmation that some folks want the reminders.) I was hoping that this could be pinned for the next 24 days so that I could stop with the reminders. After the great efforts put forth by many voters for BoB, I would hate to see us lose the fan vote over the next 3 weeks.

I think this is important and am glad it is being bumped multiple times daily.

Stupid question but is this really how the COTY is determined??

Its very clearly on the page on how the COTY is determined. 20% through fan votes (what we are doing), 55% from College Hall of Fame Selection Committee, and 25% National media votes.

I can't vote either, but I see BOB has a nice lead as of now.

I stand corrected: Our lead has diminished by over 1000 in the last 2 days. They WILL pass us unless we step it up.
