Question on BOB and staff for 247

Based on your interaction with the staff thus far, specifically BOB, what is the overall impression of coaching ability, expectations, style, football IQ, etc? Do he seem to have "it"? Seems like he has the players respect...Would be great to hear some observations/thoughts at this early phase in his tenure. Thanks!!
