NCAA rules make my head spin. They seem to go in circles and make no sense sometimes.
Most of the problem is that people don't understand the rules but make up assumptions. Then all of a sudden when a case arises that doesn't fit their assumptions, they think the rules are messed up and the NCAA is being arbitrary in applying the rules. However, when you actually know them, the rules and the NCAA both are pretty predictable.
