Please little Baby Jesus... let the PJ Era begin. I actually like watching him drop back to pass (from what little B&W game footage and practice tape we've seen).... with McGloin it's always "please don't screw this up".... as a 49ers fan... I have far too much experience feeling this way (see: Smith, Alex)
