Awesome kid. Incredibly mature for his age. I can't wait to see what he can accomplish recruiting in 2012 and on the field in 2013.

I think that played little or not at all in his decision. It had more to do with the way BOB and staff recruited him, the new offense and the other guys who will be part of this class. If Taylor would have picked Penn State there would still have been plenty of playing time for both early.

Actually last year around Kent Taylor commitment time even Sean said that Breneman was watching that decision closely and could play a role in where he wanted to go.

Didn't remember that. Either way, that was under the old regime. I believe the new staff and the way they recruited him is what sold him. Having a blue chip QB on board also helped.

I think everyone senses this by now, but this is shaping up to be one hell of a class. Getting this kind of talent early and these kids being the leaders they are to recruit for BOB is priceless. I was one of the naysayers when I heard BOB was gonna replace JoePa, but he's slowly won me over starting first with his acceptance speech and then his continuous actions with bringing a solid staff together and now recruits. As much as I respected JoePa and love PSU football, I haven't felt this excited about the program since the 1999 season with LaVar, Brown and Short.

recruiting is a poker game. The real proof is what they do when on the field as part of a team. The best team wins! Time will tell how great this kids will be. Best of luck and lets play football.
