You knew the Raiders would be dumb enough to do this ... JeMarcus Russell and Darius Heyward Bey. They like toolsy guys and not necessarily football players. I called this a few weeks ago. The Raiders aren't a smart franchise.

And don't anyone lump Heyward Bey in with Russell and Pryor. He may be a bust, but the kid has a perfect attitude and work ethic.

Al Davis has no idea how to run this franchise and it puts a ton of people at risk career wise. That includes everyone in the front office, to the office assistant to the IT people to the dude that hangs out by the water cooler.

Yeah, that 8-8 record is a joke. Every team at .500 or below should be kicked out of the league.
