Heres the kids with Paul Jones and Silas Redd. Both of them are really classy kids. The 8 year old had quite a bit of banter going with Jones and was pretty enamored by him. Paul Jones' Dad is also a really nice guy.
First at the autograph session, Paul Jones signed his hat, his football, and his sleeve of his PSU shirt.
Jase (8 Year old) to Paul Jones: "Thanks for signing my stuff... you want me to sign your football pants?
Paul Jones: "I definitely would.. but I think I'd get in trouble... Definitely next time. I should have remembered a football for you to sign."
And then after the game outside the stadium.
Jase (8 Year old) to Paul Jones: "You know, I helped you throw that touch down pass."
Jones: "Oh yeah?"
Jase: "Yeah, right before you threw it I said 'Throw a good one... throw a touchdown already.".
Jones, acting like he's in thought for a moment: "Oh yeah I remember that. You definitely helped me. Thanks buddy."
Jase: "So, who do you think is the best player on the team is?"
Jones: "I don't know... who do YOU think is the best player on the team?"
Jase: "Well, I think you are."
Jones: "I dont know about that. Thanks though."
Jase: "What about you? You gonna answer who's the best player?"
Jones, laughing: "I dunno... Probably Silas (Who was standing five feet away getting mobbed... but was really classy.). But Hey... if you think I'm the best why you have a number 22 jersey on and not a 7?"
Jase, pointing to me now: "BECAUSE HE DIDNT BUY ME ONE YET!!"
Me: "Hey... I gotta wait until you stop switching numbers before that happens."
So yeah. It was a great time. Besides Jones and Silas who really stood out to me as just being classy kids, Mauti and Massaro seemed to go out of their way as well to say hello, shake hands and sign autographs.

Urlacher (taken from elsewhere)
You know whats funny?
I was standing right next to him for about ten minutes before the game and had no idea who he was. My wife saw BoB walk by and she's like "THERES BOB!" and I turned around and I'm staring right at Urlacher and even mentioned to him "Damn, I can't believe we missed him by two seconds" and looked past him.
Pretty funny because there's probably not a lot of times that Urlacher is upstaged by a coach who hadn't even coached a game yet. It was like straight out of Family Guy.
When I found it was Urlacher I couldnt believe it.
