Not difficult to tell the guy who you can't take a piss without getting permission from, the guy who is the reason you have the job, that he can't do things the way he wants?

Not difficult at all. Can simply say it's the law.

If Person A is a coward around Person B, then what's the one thing they need to be able to tell Person B what to do? They need an authority (Person or Entity C) to tell them "you must do this." Then Person A can easily tell Person B "you must do this because Person C told me." The coward needs to pawn off responsibility on someone else. That is what makes things easy.

So I'll ask again - why is it difficult to ask Joe to follow the law? Or maybe I should be asking - why does Triponey think it's difficult? If she knows it's the law, she should believe wholeheartedly that it's easy. It would also be very easy for her to leverage Joe in that case. So why is she having such difficulties?

  • Really, the whole "confirmation" stuff comes down to one thing: is there any motivation behind leaking information where an audience would trust the information being leaked? Whether it's money, whether it's an agenda...I can't see one.

Look at something as innocent as NFL contracts. When things are going well, both sides are silent. When things aren't going well, information starts being "leaked" to the public that is made to shine the opposite side in a bad light.

It clearly has nothing to do with who Joe is or the power he wielded. Or the fact that in all reality Curly reported to Joe.

Try to fathom the hypocrisy of a Government that requires every citizen to prove they are insured .but not prove they're a citizen

As I have said, the worst thing PSU could do is make Joe look bad and try to pawn everything off on him. It makes more sense to put the blame on people like Curly, Spanier and Schultz..

Well if they were smart they would know better than to mention specifics in their university email. But yeah, I believe he works for Homeland Security now.
