Well, since he'd be a free agent (most likely) when a new CBA is formed, I don't think "trade" is the right word. I've heard that the Bills are going to try to re-sign him once the CBA is finished, but that's rumor for now. Free agency won't happen until they get this stuff worked out between the NFL and NFLPA.
Tackles generally become inflated by a few things....
defenses that cannot get off the field and when your team is getting killed they run at you and a MLB should get some stats though he has few FF and doesn't make big plays which for a LBer in a 3-4 is paramount to success
Puz without a doubt has football instincts but he has played 1 full season in his career.
Itz with the Eagles 3 tackling dummies could be better LBers still the guy is average a good tackler but not a play maker which makes you average

Bills need a lot on defense
Guy had 153 tackles and made 700k. In $$/tackle terms that is pretty darn cheap. And the only thing you can infer from a LB that has this many tackles, is that he has a sad D line in front of him. Poz is a stud.
