Just watched some of 2014 Jared Cohen's highlights. On several pass plays they used an interesting set (not novel, I'm sure, I had just never noticed this before) where the OG - Cohen - actually pulled outside the same-side OT and blocked the edge guy.
So is Troy Vincent the son of the NFL Troy Vincent?
Sorrenti seems to play mean, but looks fairly slow (short legs - takes a lot of steps, but doesn't always get that far). More natural at LB than FB or RB, IMO.

Right, makes sense. I know Gailey in Buffalo has run pass plays where they pull the OG to freeze the LB's. Just don't think they pulled to the same side (not like it's that big of a change - just need an OG with some good feet to go that wide).

Honestly it could just be against certain fronts, or a certain technique. We rana belly play all the time in HS where we would switch guys on the run play. Well we had a pass off of that that we just threw the ball instead, used the same scheme to influence.

Yeah, Webb isn't that tall, though I'll bet he weighs more than he looks (especially in that picture).
Maybe it's just me, but that picture looks a little...stretched horizontally. Could be a point of view issue there.
