Just because Hamilton Lion got his ass handed to him... does not mean you need to look out for me...
TOUGH game out of the gates.... hard to gauge how it will go... Goalie is the key.... Whoever makes more big saves wins.

WTH...Is anyone else getting the Kings game instead of pitt/philly? You would think in State College the PA game would be more important.

Fleury and the Pen's D played well..... Bryz was good minus 1 goal. Flyers puck handling and passing was AWFUL.
Bylsma had a great period 1 plan.....
Flyers looked lost

Great, entertaining game. 2 teams that played like they were already in the playoffs. Every game they need to play like this.
2 teams that should be in SC contention. I like the Vokoun pickup and the shortened season might benefit MAF. Sutter looked excellent today.

Anytime you go into Philly and come out with a win, its a good thing. Still, things to clean up. You can't give them five power play opps.
Martin played well. I like the pairing of Orpik and Martin. Alot of people were cringing a bit when the Staal deal was announced without knowing what Sutter brings to the table. You saw what he does well today. He was masterful on the face-offs. His performance was very very encouraging.
