This move makes me trust this staff even more. I'm pretty impressed with his senior highlight film! Big, moves well, and hits hard. Even better that it works out with our scholarship limitations.

I don't have a problem......but just like every other person on this board, I was caught off guard. A little surprising to log on tonight to news that some completely out of the blue recruit verballed.....and a 2012 recruit to boot.

Love all kinds of stuff out of this story:
1) Staff being creative. It'll be hard but they'll be okay over the next 4 years (better than old staff would have)
2) We're looking for tough kids who have been in a fight.
3) We found one. And he's willing to fight for his family...
4) He wants to be here and knows what he's getting into from jumpstreet. He won't leave next year even though he can.

Topic possibly for discussion. O'B today talking about working with a 65 man roster and such. Said Im not going to get into details, but plans are in place and come were already being executed or some such thing. Was this one of those plans?

Silas has already attended Penn State. Franklin didnt have an offer from either Zona or ASU (97% acceptance rate LOL)

If we would wake up from this as a dream I for one would not want one bit of it to change. I'd rather have a chip on my shoulder and a slight disadvantage than play at par without the #teamoutlaw mentality. I love how it brings together the true Penn Staters on the team and in the coaches office.
