based on the number of posts? I just reached 2500 and came on to the full site just to see what rank I had reached and can't find it. Am i just missing it? IIRC, 2500 was "Varsity".

I think Pat wanted to add PSU specific levels at some point, so maybe he removed them in prep for that? I think they've been gone since he asked about that a month or so ago.
