People and especially the media keep forgetting that the three charges that JS was acquitted of were with regards to the three victims who said they were abused on Penn State property. He was found not guilty of the felony involving Victims #2 (the famous MM 2001 shower incident), Victim #5 and Victim #6 (Tickle Monster incident)
