PSU has their guy???

Lot of buzz on the FOS Audibles board. Poster claims that Phil Grosz said that PSU has their guy and they are just working out contract details. Plus, they won't make an announcement today with the hearing going on.

The hearing could go on for awhile. Delaying wouldn't be smart, if indeed they have their man. I'm not buying this at all. They might have their coach, but delaying the announcement.

Brain fart on my part - prelim hearing, not the actual trial.
That said, not sure I'm buying this report. It is supposedly coming from someone who is more wrong than right.

Well, we should know by the end of the week if we have our guy. If it gets to Saturday and we haven't heard anything, the report is probably BS.

I just want a coach already. The poaching of Ohio State is only going to get worse with Meyer at the helm. If they snag Noah Spence too, I'm gunna lose it

Lucy as she was holding the ball for Charlie Brown and really was going to leave it there. I'm not buying this one for a second right now. There has been zero smoke thus far...none, nada, zip. Someone saying he is at the top of the list doesn't mean much. I doubt Phil is getting told much of anything right now either as they may have IDENTIFIED a clear #1....how in the hell that equates to hiring or landing that fish is beyond me.

I'm with ya. This search committee needs to wrap this up by next week. If this drags into January, PSU football is in big trouble in terms of recruiting at a time when we are already behind OSU. Let's get a coach and start 2012 off with a win!!
