Moye's stepped up the last few games and it hurts an already anemic offense. But our young guys have to be able to play at this point. How long have Kersey and Moseby-Felder been on the team? They should be ready to step in, in my opinion.

In the words of Mr. Mackey. This is bad...ummkay...really, really bad. I think our passing game takes a dip no matter how well the replacements play. Moye is just simply the best we have. Hopefully the guys can step up in a big way.

Sucks that we lost Moye for Purdue and we can likely win without him vs. the Boilermakers but having him out vs. Northwestern too isn't good, IMO.
It's time for Kersey, Felder and Robinson to step things up a bit. I know Kersey's been chomping at the bit for an opportunity and he will finally get the chance to start.

That is what happens in every level of football. The difference is some teams can reload and not miss a beat and other can't. I think there is good depth and we will be ok. I think these kids step up and surprise people. Thankfully this happen now when we are playing two bad defenses in a row.

The backups better step up because I had this same injury when I was at PSU and it took me 6 weeks to get going again and I wasn't 100% for about 8-10 weeks.. This may be longer than they are letting on..

Man... Mind Erasers at Gman get you every time lol Sorry, I'm really angry at him, but it's to be expected... Dude loves to party... I just hope he's back for NW... I think they are a perfect storm for an upset... Been under-achieving every game this season.

IMO, he'll be out the next 3 games until after the bye week. No inside info, JMO based on the nature of the injury.
I will list one possible positive consequence of this injury. This will force McGloin to survey the field now that his automatic go-to guy is out of the lineup. We're obviously a better football team with Moye on the field, but perhaps his absence will finally help open McGloin's eyes to the 2-3 players who are actually open on most of our passing plays.

I was going to say... despite Moye's performances these last couple of games, he's still been wildly inconsistent on the year. He'll make a spectacular catch...then drop an easy pass. His loss will obviously hurt, but I'm not sure he's the great receiver everyone makes him out to be.
