A fun mess.

The excuses that usually work for the place I go is either out of gas or car problems, but the only reason those work is because it's a 38 mile drive from the city that almost all the students live.

Ok, I've just caught up on this thread from the very first post...and my contributions
1) Always a great idea to have an OT Board to talk topics ither than PSU Football
2) Greatest movies in my book...Stripes...Remember the Titans, John Q....Caddyshack
3) Born/raised in Altoona PA, lived in Norfolk, Alexandria VA. been to ATL, CHI-town, traveled to numerous europe countries (ex Navy and current job)
4) hardcore Steeler, Nittany Lion, Duke fan. 'just' a fan of Wizards, Sixers, Pirates and Red Sox
5) Baseball, hockey and basketball only intrigue me at playoff time....season has too many games to keep my interest
6) Free agency sucks....I can't argue with it being necessary, I just think it sucks for fans...
7) Biggest life lessons learned....a person's perception is THEIR reality, you can't change them, but you can alter their perception...Life is a work in progress, live it and learn from it's experiences both good and bad
8) FTR...WE ARE because Joe WAS....but I like what Bill OBrien and company WILL be...

I have two theories on the number of pages already....
1. It's sort of like when you see a childhood friend for the first time in years and you are just shooting the breeze catching up....then the wife calls and asks how the hell going to the corner store for a loaf of bread can turn into a two hour trip....

2. we all have more time on our hands than we want others to believe....

Haha fantastic. Weber is one of the loudest people I've been in the same room with, he doesn't have an inside voice. He also might not have a job after this season.

Comedy - Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (Seen that around 35 times)
3) Saratoga Springs NY, Horse racing country
4)Gmen, Nittany Lions (All College sports), Yankees
5) Baseball and football for me, Golf when Tiger is in the hunt/playing and tennis for the majors, I'll watch college hoops and ill watch playoff NBA and playoff/olympic Hockey
6) I like free agency I think it adds alot to the game, i just think that every sport needs a salary cap
