At some point, I will. Maybe the one in Vegas next year. I was at Ultra in Miami this year -- That was my big festival for the year. Also want to hit up Coachella(sp?) some year soon.

Yea man I'm planning on Vegas or edc next year I did edc nyc this year it was fun but sucked it wasnt all night long. I want to do coachella as well that's like one of the only ones I haven't been to.

Coachella kind of annoys me. Now that they have it two weekends in a row I feel its not quite as exclusive, etc. Plus the trip out to Cali is a bit to much. Its easier to get to Bonnaroo and its cheaper. I will admit that I would love to do Sasquatch Festival though. Its more unique than Coachella and worth the trek.

Aldean, Church. Chesney(especially his older stuff lately)

I like Eric Church, but Aldean is alright.

With Chesney you lost all respect though.

  • Big fan of Zac Brown Band these days!

  • For anyone who likes Beatles/Beach Boys-influenced power pop, Jellyfish was a great band that came and went in the early 90s. They hit right as grunge was becoming popular, and missed the 60s-revival that came later in the decade.

Editing to add one of my favorite tracks from their second album, Spilt Milk.

Ha, so true. I feel I've become that stereotype of telling kids music today sucks and how great it was when I was a kid. Lol

I love Knocker. Did you see him a few years back when he came to Dayton?

I did not. Sadly, I haven't been to a concert in WAY too long.

Too many to list, but here's some of the bands on the regular rotation: Radiohead, Beach House, Arcade Fire, The National, Pinback, Phantogram, Decemberists, Beirut, Silversun Pickups, Interpol, Cold War Kids among others......

Saw Radiohead in San Jose back in April, 3rd time seeing them live. Still in my top 3 as far as live concerts go. Downloaded all their live shows that I've been to and it definitely brings back some great memories.

Just saw Radiohead on the 5th in Cincy. I'd kind of writtten them off and hadn't listened to them siince Kid A/OK Computer.

Concert was fantastic and I've been feverishly downloading stuff off In Rainbows and KOL.

    Cincylion

  • Been a lot of KOL, Flyleaf, Skillet, Poets of the Fall, 30 StM recently
Then one of my Pearl Jam phases(they come every couple weeks being the fav and all) with Lost Dogs CDs
Just found in an old case the Live: Throwing Copper CD and forgot how good the album really was. And also Days of the New. Give me my early-mid 90's back please!

That's a name I didn't think I'd hear in this thread. I've seen Circa at least 5 times since Green left Saosin (saw him when he was with them, too) and its always an experience. He's got such a unique sound that I really enjoy. Imaginary Enemy on Blue Sky Noise is one of my favorites. When Juturna comes on my shuffle it brings me back to the HS days.

I pretty much love anything Anthony Green does. Juturna actually brings back memories of PSU for me.
